An extension and a new license
May 2018
SHARING OPTIONS:

PLANEGG, Germany—Boehringer Ingelheim in early April signed a multiyear license with Biomax Informatics AG for the latter’s BioXM Knowledge Management Environment to support global target discovery research. Biomax also announced that Boehringer Ingelheim had extended its license for Biomax’s BioRS Integration and Retrieval System as well. The BioXM platform allows Boehringer Ingelheim to use its current BioRS system to combine data from in-house systems and other data sources, enabling all of the company’s external applications to access the data directly or via application programming interfaces.

“Boehringer Ingelheim has used the BioRS software for data integration for many years. Adding the BioXM software now lets them model their complete target discovery process in one easy-to-use, sustainable knowledge hub,” said Dr. Kaj Albermann, who manages the Boehringer Ingelheim project at Biomax.
