Homogeneous Fluorescence Assays, Molecular Devices
October 2006
SHARING OPTIONS:
The FLIPR Calcium 4 Assay Kit produces strong calcium signals for the most challenging and difficult GPCRs. This new kit demonstrates significantly reduced addition artifact ("dip"), lower background, and increased signal. The FLIPR potassium assay uses thallium flux to monitor the activity of potassium channels via a novel, thallium-sensitive fluorescent dye. And a new assay kit for neurotransmitter uptake allows screening for modulators of transporters for serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine. All three kits utilize the patented masking dye technology licensed exclusively to Molecular Devices by Bayer AG.
