The ProteOn HTE Sensor Chip from Bio-Rad Laboratories Inc. features a tris-NTA coated surface that provides a stronger binding interaction with the target, improving data quality for capturing polyhistidine-tagged targets. In addition to performing better than anti-His capture surface solutions, the HTE sensor chip does not require a change in workflow and can also be regenerated, eliminating chip-to-chip variability, enhancing reproducibility and decreasing cost per data-point by 90 percent compared to other chips. It also enables on-chip purification.
