Sanofi to deploy Elsevier’s QUOSA tools
December 2013
SHARING OPTIONS:
PHILADELPHIA—Elsevier has
announced the implementation of its QUOSA literature management tools by Sanofi, who will utilize the tools to support automatic adverse event monitoring.
The platform enables the retrieval, storage, tagging and annotation of relevant case reports and a centralized repository for related scientific literature.
The QUOSA solution offers customized professional services, can be used as a desktop application or browser-based technology and integrates with existing
literature resources such as third-party publisher platforms, A&I databases and document delivery vendors.
“In response to our many conversations with information professionals, we have finely tuned QUOSA to complement current processes to provide a
stable, efficient and scalable solution which continues to evolve with future needs. We look forward to working with Sanofi to manage this flow of
information and support its pharmacovigilance teams’ work,” said Michael Rai, general manager of QUOSA at Elsevier.
